These terms and conditions apply to all sales concluded through the website natationplus.ca.
Any product purchased on sale, promotion, or with a discount is considered a final sale. No exchanges, store credits, or refunds will be granted for these items.
1. Item Availability
All orders are fulfilled from our store; products currently in stock are normally shipped within 48 hours. Items that are not kept in stock can usually be ordered and will be delivered within two to three weeks. Natation PLUS cannot, however, be held responsible for non-compliance with the displayed delivery times. If a supplier informs us that an ordered item is no longer available, the customer will receive a notification by email.
2. Pricing
Prices displayed on the natationplus.ca website are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping fees. The total price is payable in full and in a single installment at the time of ordering. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. For any delivery outside of Canada, any potential customs duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping fees cover preparation and packaging costs, plus postage. They are calculated based on the delivery address, the number of items ordered, and the total amount of the order before taxes and shipping. Under no circumstances may a customer combine multiple orders to benefit from reduced shipping costs.
Fee Refund Policy: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If free shipping was offered to you, it was still paid by Natationplus.ca; therefore, a flat fee of $20 will automatically be deducted from any applicable refund.
4. Payment Methods
Orders placed on the natationplus.ca website or by phone must be paid by credit card. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
5. Delivery Times
A processing period of two business days must be allowed for products in stock at our store, to which an average of one to three business days must be added for delivery within Quebec, or one business day for expedited delivery. Natation PLUS cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for a delivery delay resulting from a stock shortage at the distributor or attributable to the carrier.
6. Returns and Product Exchanges
Items supplied by Natation PLUS are new and guaranteed to be free of defects. If an item happens to be defective or does not match what was ordered, Natation PLUS agrees to exchange it within 10 days following the delivery date, provided it is accompanied by the delivery slip or a copy of the natationplus.ca invoice.
To complete a return, the customer must visit our store, where our staff will proceed with the exchange. If the customer is unable to travel, they must contact Natation PLUS by email or phone to make appropriate arrangements. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
7. Hygiene Restrictions (Final Sale)
For strict reasons of hygiene, swimsuits, trisuits, and cycling shorts are sold as a final sale. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for these categories of items.
