Rental Terms and Conditions: Triathlon Wetsuit

This document defines the terms and conditions for renting swim wetsuits specific to triathlon at Natation PLUS.

1. Pricing and Minimum Duration

• Daily rate: $14 CAD per day.
• Minimum duration: The rental is granted for a minimum duration of 4 consecutive days (for a minimum total amount of $56).

2. Booking and Payment

• The booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the rental fees.
• Any booking implies the unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions, particularly regarding cancellation deadlines.

3. Security Deposit

• An uncashed security deposit of $425 is required by credit card at the time of pickup.
• This deposit will be cancelled upon return of the wetsuit, provided it is returned in its original condition.

4. Equipment Condition and Responsibility

• Inspection: The renter acknowledges having inspected the wetsuit at the time of rental and confirms that it is free of major defects. The wetsuit may have some minor tears that do not affect its performance.
• Usage: The wetsuit must be used exclusively for open water swimming or triathlon. The use of petroleum-based lubricants (such as Vaseline) is strictly prohibited as they degrade neoprene. Only water-based or
